Phones: every day, 24 hours. Office visits by appointment, Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm.
Languages
English and Spanish. I speak both myself; nothing gets lost through an interpreter.
Can’t come downtown?
I meet clients at home, at the hospital, or by video across Miami-Dade, Broward, and the rest of Florida. Just say so when you call.
What to have ready
Nothing is required. If you have them: the crash or incident report, photos, the other side’s insurance information, and any letters from an insurance company. Do not give the other driver’s insurer a recorded statement before we talk.
