Referring an injury case
If a client of yours gets hurt, or an injury case lands on your desk that you don’t handle, call me. I’ll tell you quickly and honestly whether it’s a case I can take.
Who you’d be sending them to
Nearly two decades on the insurance side. Now only the injured.
Before I opened Galimidi Law, I spent nearly two decades defending insurance companies, including as a shareholder who led a product liability practice group at a national firm. I know how carriers evaluate, reserve and defend these cases, because I used to be the one doing it. Today I represent only injured people and their families, across Florida, from my office in downtown Miami. I work in English and Spanish.
